Easter Sunday on the Upper East Side

Is there Grace for us all? How could one man's death pay the way for so many? It just seems unlikely... almost as if it's too good to be true.

But what if it's true? What if there *is* Grace for us all? Join us this Easter as we look to Jesus to find Grace where we need it most.

What To Expect

Sunday Gathering

Sunday Gathering

Easter Sunday at Meta Church is something you don’t want to miss! We’ve been planning this service for weeks with YOU in mind! Our Sunday church gatherings are about 75 minutes in length, and they’re filled with worship, community, prayer, and a relevant message to help you follow Jesus no matter where you are on your faith journey.

Getting Here

Getting Here

Meta Church is located in the Carnegie Hill neighborhood of the Upper East Side, and we’re committed to serving the people of the Upper East Side and East Harlem. We meet every week at the Kolping House on East 88th Street, so we’re easy to get to via the Q, 4, 5, and 6 trains as well as the M101, M102, M103, and M86 buses.

Meta Kids

Meta Kids

Meta Kids is a clean, safe, and fun children’s environment serving families with children between the ages of 12 months through 5th grade. Every week our team of volunteers prepares an interactive lesson to help children learn about Jesus on their level, and Easter Sunday is no exception! We’re excited for your child to have fun while they learn about Jesus.

Watch Easter @ Meta 2023

Watch our Easter Sunday message from Easter 2023 at Meta Church to get a feel for what you can expect.

In recent years, there has been a rise of people who identify as non-religious. People have walked away from, or rejected, any form of faith. And many (former) Christians have left Jesus, the church, and Christianity altogether.

But what if it didn't have to be that way? What if you walked away from something Jesus never initiated? Could it be that you ran away from something Jesus would have run away from, too? And could it be that you left something without even realizing that you could’ve kept the one thing that actually mattered?
