Come Alive! | Easter 2026

When was the last time you felt fully alive?

Maybe it was an unforgettable trip, a career milestone, a personal record at the gym, or the rush of a new relationship. Whatever it was, chances are that feeling didn't last very long.

In this powerful Easter message, Ricky cuts straight to the heart of something most of us feel but rarely say out loud: we don't just want to be alive, we want to FEEL alive!

We weren't made for the monotony of alarm clocks, endless scrolling, and going through the motions. And yet, so many of us find ourselves stuck in exactly that kind of hollow existence, chasing experiences and achievements that promise fullness but deliver something that fades far too quickly.

Ricky walks through the honest truth about the things we run after like vacations, financial success, romantic relationships, accomplishment, and how every single one of them eventually leaves us whispering, there's got to be more than this. And here's the good news: there is!

But it's not a thing. It's a person. That person is Jesus!

And because Jesus is alive, you can be fully alive!

Rather than asking you to take a blind leap of faith, Ricky grounds the resurrection in what even the most respected historians agree on: Jesus was a real person, He lived in ancient Israel, and He died. The only question that remains — the one that changes everything — is whether He stayed dead.

Ricky makes clear that if Jesus is still in the grave, then Christianity is, by its own admission, completely meaningless. But if Jesus did rise, it doesn't just reframe religion, but it reframes the whole of your entire reality! It means God is knowable. It means your life has real purpose and direction. It means the emptiness you've been feeling isn't the final answer.

And for those wondering how they can actually know Jesus is alive, Ricky offers three anchors: Jesus predicted His own resurrection and followed through, hundreds of eyewitnesses saw Him alive after His crucifixion, and lives — including Ricky's own — are still being radically transformed today.

On the night before His crucifixion, Jesus said, "Since I live, you also will live."

That's not a religious platitude — that's a promise and an open invitation. So wherever you are in life right now, whether you're thriving or simply surviving, Ricky's message asks you one pointed question: Are you fully alive?
