Do you want to go "deeper" in your faith?

If so, then you need to understand this truth: "going deeper" in faith is not about gaining more knowledge. 

That's because Knowledge without Action is worthless!

Great faith is always coupled with action, and if you want to grow in your faith or be known for having faith, you're going to have to step out and do something. Deep faith is measured by one thing: Action. 

Drawing from Hebrews 11, the great "Hall of Faith," Ricky shows how every hero commended for their faith took specific action. Abel brought offerings. Noah built the ark. Abraham moved to a new land. Sarah believed for a child. Moses left Egypt. The Israelites marched around Jericho. And Rahab welcomed the spies.

The heart of this message centers on the incredible story from Luke 5, where Jesus tells professional fishermen to cast their nets again after they've fished all night with nothing to show for it. These weren't amateurs—fishing was their livelihood, their expertise, their entire world. They were exhausted, ready to quit, and had every reason not to listen to a carpenter's son tell them how to do their job. But they chose to listen to Jesus anyway, and because of that one step of faith-filled action, they experienced a miracle that changed everything.

From this passage, Ricky offers three transformative questions you need to ask yourself: Who are you listening to—your own voice, pride, comfort, reason, or the voice of Jesus? Are you giving up or going out one more time? And how deep are you willing to go—will you stay in the shallow end where it's comfortable, or will you push out into the deep waters where Jesus is calling you?
