What Is The Foundation Christmas Offering?

"I will rebuild you with precious jewels and make your foundations from lapis lazuli." – Isaiah 54:11


Lapus Lazuli is a semi-precious stone that is sought after due to the beauty of its deep blue color. This is the material God chose to use to rebuild the foundations of Jerusalem, making it clear that He was building something beautiful and precious from the foundation up!


Similarly, we're inviting our Meta Church family to give their best through the Foundation Christmas Offering as we lay a solid and sustainable financial foundation for the ministry ahead.

What Are We Building?

In 2023, we saw more people accept Christ as their Savior at Meta Church than in the previous 5 years combined! We doubled-down on our desire to invest, serve, and love our neighborhood by deepening our commitment to serve the underprivileged, the unhoused, and the poor. We placed a heavy emphasis on Spiritual Formation through discipleship and scriptural teaching. And in just the last year, our church has over tripled in size, reaching more people than ever before!

But we’re not done! We believe the ministry ahead of us will be even more impactful and fruitful! That’s why we want to lay a solid and sustainable financial foundation that allows us to continue to reach, serve, and grow as a ministry.

There are many ways and many levels of giving – each makes a significant contribution and it’s going to take everyone at Meta Church to help us lay the Foundation we need.

We’re asking everyone who calls Meta Church “home” to partner with us involved in one of three ways:

  1. If you’re not currently giving regularly or consistently, to begin giving faithfully throughout all of 2024.
  2. If you’re already giving regularly, to increase your regular giving at a more generous level throughout all of 2024.
  3. If you’re already giving regularly at a generous level, to give an additional 1-time gift to the Foundation Offering.
